My Home Life is an exciting UK-wide programme which has the broad objective of improving the quality of life in care homes, not only for the residents of those homes but also relatives and visitors as well as the staff members.

Growing Older in Wales

The Growing Older in Wales age awareness and age equality training programme brings together theory and evidence into a practical resource for tackling age discrimination through challenging attitudes towards ageing.

Growing Older in Wales focuses on the negative effects of older people’s experiences of age discrimination looking at examples from areas of public and private life including employment, citizenship, insurance, health care and social care services.  Please click here to find out more.    

Speaking Up for Our Age

Speaking Up for Our Age works with older people, to give them a collective voice to campaign on the issues that affect them.

Speaking Up for Our Age provides practical assistance for older people who want to set up a forum – an independent group of older people who have come together to campaign on the issues that are important to them.  Please click here to find out more.
