Keep Well This Winter

Every two hours, one older person in Wales was killed by preventable cold-related illnesses last winter.  By taking simple precautions to keep well, warm and safe and by applying for help and advice to reduce fuel bills without reducing the temperature, older people could have a much healthier, warmer and happier time during the colder months.  The Keep Well this Winter campaign is led by the Welsh Assembly Government in partnership with Age Concern Cymru and a range of other organisations.  The campaign provides advice and support to people aged 65 and over through a range of activities including local events and information pack distribution.
