As the Ageing Well in Wales initiative develops and new projects are established across Wales, 12 leaflets have been produced that provide information, advice and contacts for some of the key issues affecting the health and wellbeing of older people in Wales.

These leaflets are being distributed via local Ageing Well projects across Wales that have direct contact with older people through healthy ageing initiatives and activities.
